Regarding the situation that we are experiencing worldwide regarding this pandemic, we want to let you know the measures that have been implemented for your visit to our establishment, so that you feel comfortable and safe during your stay.-
We will be using for your accommodation only 30% of the accommodation capacity and only 50% of the building, all our rooms are completely ventilated by large doors / windows that open onto balconies, which allows an efficient circulation of outside air. –
Stairs are 1.40 wide roundtrip, ventilated and naturally lit.
The entrance hall has 100 square meters and we have arranged the chairs and the circulation according to the indicated surface, so it far exceeds the suggested security separation.
Likewise, the entire circulation area and the rest of the building are continuously disinfected.
The reception is separated by transparent acrylic screens, the check in –as well as the requirements of the authorities- can be done by mail prior to your arrival.-
In case of filling in any additional form personally, the pen that is used will be new and will remain in the possession of the guest.
Likewise, if for any reason you need a mask, the administration will provide one at no cost.
The entrance is sanitized with aseptic carpets, alcohol gel and the solutions indicated for this purpose. For your peace of mind, your body temperature will be taken upon arrival.
The entry card will be unique for the passenger and not overprinted.
The elevator will only be used by passengers in no more than 2 close contact persons and only to the floor of their room
All the tableware in the rooms (glasses, cutlery, plates, etc.) will be closed, so that the passenger, upon arrival, is the only one to use them during their stay.
The rooms will be disinfected upon entry and exit of passengers, as well as daily during their stay.
In all of them you will find cleaning supplies, 70% alcohol and gel.
To avoid any outside contact we will not provide dry breakfast service.-
The solarium on the terrace has chairs and tables widely separated by distances greater than those recommended.-
The parking lot is separate from the building and outdoors.
Our staff has participated in training workshops on this series of protocols for hosting services.
